Troika Solutions’ Director of WNA contributes to the Navy League of the United States Maritime Policy Statement

On February 6, 2025, the Navy League of the United States conducted a kick-off webinar to announce the publication its biannual Maritime Policy Statement (MPS). Troika’s Director of Wargaming and Net Assessment, Mr. Travis Reese was a contributor to this document authoring the Technology and Weapons Advancement section of the report. The Navy League of the United States exists to educate the American public about the importance of the sea services to include the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and U.S.- flag Merchant Marine. The MPS is published every 2 years with the start of each new Congress and is designed to provide industry, Congress, and service leaders with researched positions on ways to improve the maritime services for national security. Travis was asked to contribute to this effort due to WNA’s on-going contributions to the strategy and wargaming efforts inside the Marine Corps’ Installation and Logistics Enterprise focused on acquisition resilience, defense and organic industrial base planning, and operational logistics.
