Mariano Wecer leads Troika’s Advanced Warfare Solutions Group (AWSG) with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, electronic warfare, and tactical operations. His leadership has driven successful programs like the first man-packable semi-autonomous counter-UAS system and high-profile Joint Special Operations projects.

C. Travis Reese leads Troika’s Wargaming and Net Assessment Division.  Travis has nearly 30 years of experience as a tactical leader, operational planner, and strategic adviser for executive leaders. While on active duty he served in a variety of offices including tours in capabilities development, future scenario design, and institutional strategy. Travis and his team focus on wargaming as well as organizational strategy development and implementation.

Senior Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert / Project Lead

Joseph Scott Uchytil is a results-oriented leader with over three decades of experience in cybersecurity and military operations. At Troika Solutions, he drives strategic initiatives in cybersecurity, supporting the Plans and Strategy Division for the Deputy Commandant for Information at HQMC. His career with the United States Marine Corps included leadership roles that involved managing multimillion-dollar budgets, training and mentoring large teams, and overseeing IT and cyber operations on a global scale. With a background in strategic planning and program management, Joseph excels in developing innovative solutions that secure mission-critical infrastructure for defense networks.
