Troika Solutions Welcomes Sharon Sisbarro to Our DCI Team

I am thrilled to announce that Sharon Sisbarro is joining Troika Solutions as a key member of our Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I) team. Sharon brings with her a wealth of experience, having recently retired from the Marine Corps, where she held numerous leadership roles as a communication strategy and operations (COMMSTRAT) officer. Her impressive track record includes serving as Director of Communication for Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, and the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force Crisis Response (Africa).

Sharon's journey comes full circle as she returns to the very team where she served as the first Director of Communication for DC I. Her expertise in strategic communication, branding, and client engagement will significantly enhance Troika’s ability to support the DC I mission.

In addition to her military service, Sharon's background in the commercial sector as an account and sales manager has sharpened her relationship-building and communication skills. She is an exceptional leader with the ability to transform complex information into impactful messages—an invaluable trait as we continue our work at Troika.

Sharon currently resides in Old Town Alexandria with her husband, Owen, and is actively involved in her church and community. We’re excited to see the new perspectives and energy she’ll bring to the team.
