Troika Solutions Named One of Virginia’s Best Places to Work for the 10th Time

For the ninth year in a row, and tenth overall, Troika Solutions was named as one of the Best Places to work in Virginia (2025) by Virginia Business. This year Troika Solutions was ranked fifth of eighty-six in the small business category (15-99 U.S. employees).

In conducting the program, Virginia Business examines a company’s practices, programs and benefits and surveys the company employees for their perspective. These surveys benchmark companies through a list of core values: leadership and planning; corporate culture and communication; role satisfaction; work environment; relationship with supervisor; training and benefits; pay; and overall engagement. At the conclusion of the study, companies that meet Virginia Business’ criteria are considered the Best Places to Work in Virginia.
