The Person Behind the Professional

When he’s not working, Theo stays active by refereeing high school and recreational football games and enjoying the occasional round of golf (though, by his own admission, his clubs sometimes travel farther than the ball). He’s a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan, and during his military service, he even had the chance to meet H.R. McMaster, the 25th National Security Advisor, in Tal Afar, Iraq. It’s a fascinating story that’s worth asking him about!
